His Excellency Omar Mohammed Lootah, Director General of the Transport Authority - Ajman Lootah has held many positions in the authority since joining it in 2009 and rose up the career ladder. He held the position of financial and administrative director in 2009 until 2015, and he held the position of Executive Director of Operations Sector in 2015 until 2015. 2021 His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, issued Emiri Resolution No. 6/ of 2021 regarding the appointment of Omar Mohammed Rashid Lootah as Director General of the Ajman Transport Authority.
Lootah has contributed to supporting the authority's strategic plan since its establishment by providing it with specialized expertise and working to meet all the needs of the public and study their needs on an ongoing basis to develop the transport sector in the emirate because of the public interest.
He holds a Diploma in Banking and Financial Services from the Higher College of Technology in Dubai, a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Ajman University of Science and Technology in Ajman, and an MBA from the Canadian University in Dubai.
