Description

Service to get the initial approval letter for new number plates of buses, trucks or heavy vehicles registered in the Emirate of Ajman

Service Procedures

  • Step 1 Login to the website
  • Step 2 Fill out the application form for vehicle committee, attach required documents and submit the application
  • Step 3 Check whether the site inspection has done for the company or not(Site Inspection to be done if the number of vehicles in the vehicle list is more than 5, and is valid only for 1 year)
  • Step 4 Get the approval
  • Step 5 Online payment and print the approval letter

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the website and the approves will give during the official working hours from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm
