### **The Transport Authority Organizes the "Innovative Leaders" Session to Promote a Culture of Innovation**  

 

As part of its ongoing efforts to foster a culture of innovation in the workplace, the Transport Authority organized an interactive session titled **"Innovative Leaders,"** with the participation of managers and employees.  

 

The session focused on the role of leadership in supporting innovation, highlighting the differences between traditional and innovative leadership. It also addressed challenges related to resistance to change and strategies for overcoming them, in addition to risk management approaches for implementing innovative ideas.  

 

Dr. **Mohammed Jarrah**, an expert in institutional and strategic development, was invited to the session, where he shared valuable insights on building leadership capable of overcoming challenges and motivating teams to achieve excellence. He also presented the **"Innovation Framework"** adopted by the Authority, which plays a key role in strengthening the culture of innovation and driving institutional development.  

 

For his part, **Ahmed Saqr Al Matrooshi**, Chairman of the Innovation Committee at the Transport Authority and CEO of the Commercial Services Corporation, emphasized the importance of adopting creative ideas and proposing innovative solutions, as they play a crucial role in improving institutional performance and enhancing operational efficiency.  

 

This session is part of the Authority's innovation initiatives, aimed at fostering a work environment that encourages creativity and promotes innovative thinking among employees.
