The Director of the Franchise and Transport Permits Department oversees the management and organization of franchise companies operating the taxi fleet in Ajman. This role also involves providing the necessary permits and services to clients. Additionally, The department is responsible for enhancing regulatory oversight in the transport sector within the emirate to ensure that companies and individuals comply with the regulations governing transport operations. This aligns with the Authority's vision of providing safe and sustainable transportation
